the body. The foundation for many cleansing recipes are high fiber foods. The fiber can be the soluble or insoluble
and can come from a variety of sources.

store. Instead it is a highly varied combination of spices and usually includes onions and garlic as well. The
exact combination. Varies with the part of the country, the local town and even the individual family.
The spices are used to season a wide variety of vegetables and often eaten with whole-grain
rice. I think you can see how this would be a healthy diet even if you're on a formal cleanse.

to suit your taste. For example some people use the Master cleanse as a short-term extreme cleanse. This is
basically lemon juice water cayenne pepper and sometimes maple syrup. I leave the maple syrup out and add cinnamon
instead.
Another base for cleanses is a mixed vegetable juice that you make it yourself from organic
ingredients. The basic juice is a good cleanse itself and you can make it even more potent by adding garlic and
some of the spices that we've mentioned.
Also keep in mind that just drinking plenty of pure filtered water is a good cleanse itself. And
of course we should at least minimize if not completely avoid toxins such as alcohol at all times not just for
doing a cleanse.
