Most people have toxins in their body due to
all the junk in our environment. Not only that but years of a poor diets results in sluggish elimination

An enema works by flushing
your body out with water through the rectum. This will clean your colon out and will remove toxins from your
body as well.
Enema shouldn't be done too
often and you should never use harsh ingredients in the enema fluid (for example, neber use soap, which I have
heard of some people using).
Fasting and Diet
Another way to give
yourself a healthy colon and body cleanse is to go on a fast. Obviously you don't want to do this for a
prolonged period of time and I don't really recommend strict water fast at all.
What I think works better
is a few days of limiting your diet to herbal detoxifying teas, dilute lemon juice with added cayenne pepper and
fresh juice made from organic fruits and vegetables. I often so this in conjunction with an oral colon
cleanse and I feel fantastic when I do.
